Posted on June 3, 2022Anyone interested in running or is already running for office in the 2022 Municipal & School Board Elections is encouraged to attend this session hosted in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs (MMA):

There is no charge for the session, but you are required to pre-register by Friday June 17, 2022
This session will provide attendees with information on topics such as:
- Roles and responsibilities of elected officials and staff
- Eligibility rules
- Nomination process
- Campaign finances
- Compliance audit
- Voter’s list and voting proxy
- Scrutineers
- Recounts
The session will be a presentation by MMA followed by a “Question and Answer” period.
