Imperial Motel Terrace Bay 
The Drifter's Motel is located in the centre of Terrace Bay beside Simcoe Plaza on highway 17 and features 21 air conditioned rooms on two levels (smoking rooms are available).  Some rooms have been recently updated with a log style theme. The motel is connected to Drifters Family Restaurant and the Drifter's Lounge and offers an Esso gas station, and a convenience store with coffee shop.

Norwood Motel in Terrace Bay 
The Norwood Motel is located in the centre of Terrace Bay beside Simcoe Plaza on Highway 17 and features 16 ground floor units with parking in front of the room and some available smoking rooms. The motel offers a large parking lot and is within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, a pharmacy, grocery store, a beer/liquor store, and a convenience store.

Red Dog Inn Terrace Bay 
 
The Red Dog Inn is a newly renovated facility with a fully licensed dining room located in the centre of Terrace Bay beside Simcoe Plaza on Highway 17 and a Pizza Hut. The Inn features 41 rooms on two levels with some smoking rooms available. The rooms are air conditioned and wheelchair accessible through the back of the building and the Inn is located near the Terrace Bay snowmobile trail.
