NOTICE OF INTENT TO PASS BUDGET

Please join us for the Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 3:30pm in the Terrace Bay Council Chambers. The Township will be passing its 2024 Capital and Operating Budgets at this meeting. The public is invited to attend these meetings in person or online through Zoom. RFQ – Asphalt Paving

April 16, 2024

The Township or Terrace Bay is requesting pricing for the following:

Asphalt preparation and paving at various locations throughout the Municipality. Currently we have a total of 640M3 that requires paving at five separate locations around town. There is the potential for additional paving based on unforeseen repairs throughout the Summer Months. Ideally, paving would take place in September but the Municipality is flexible on this. Each location will be saw cut and old asphalt removed. Contractor will be required to grade and pave.

Earth Day Cleanup Contest

Get ready to celebrate Earth Day with us!

Join our week-long Earth Day cleanup challenge, starting today, by taking a bag and gloves on your walk or hike this week to pick up litter in the community. Snap a picture of you and your clean-up buddies and send your photo and name(s) to be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of our branded eco-friendly t-shirts, hoodies, or joggers! We will draw the winner on April 23, 2024!
