AV Terrace Bay is an exciting and innovative company, converting to the unique global market of pulp and fiber. As part of the Aditya Birla Group, AV Terrace Bay’s focus is to produce pulp products. Must relocate to Terrace Bay, ON.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• To provide uniform quality-wrapped paper bales to the pulp storage
• To assist in making wrappers and removing them from the wrapper conveyor
• The operation of the bale line and all related equipment
• Wrapper dispenser, wire and wrapper
• General housekeeping responsibilities
• Use of personal protective equipment- fit testing
• Tour area of responsibilities and report defective equipment
• Generate a work request
• Generate lock out
• Complete all area checklists
• Communicate all shift activities, problem items that require follow up to relief and on log sheet

We are looking for:
Excellent attendance, positive attitude, reliability, drive, quality consciousness and a commitment to safety is crucial for the team to achieve success.
Qualified applicants must have a good work history, a strong desire to work and the ability to learn.
Having the ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success.
Troubleshooting skills
A pulp background is preferred, but not required. We will provide exclusive training depending on the department we hire you for.
Intermediate computer knowledge and the ability to learn new job-specific programs are a must.
