RFQ Due: Condition Assessments – Municipal and Trail Infrastructure
The Township of Terrace Bay is seeking quotations from qualified engineering firms to complete condition assessments of multiple municipal infrastructure locations, including trail-related structures, a culvert, and a retaining wall.
The purpose of this work is to support asset management planning, public safety, and future capital investment decisions.
The Township’s objectives for this project are to:
- Assess the current structural condition and safety of each location
- Identify deficiencies, risks, and maintenance needs
- Provide practical, prioritized recommendations to support decision-making
- Inform future capital planning and budgeting
- Explore opportunities to improve accessibility across trail infrastructure locations, with particular consideration for known constraints
