You can now complete your Marriage License application online, conveniently from any computer or mobile device. Simply fill out the application form, upload your required documents, pay the fee, and book an appointment to pick up your Marriage License at the Terrace Bay Community Centre.

Online through ServiceOntario

• Complete an online Marriage Licence Application.

In-person

You can choose to start your application either online or using a paper form.

• Download and fill out the Marriage Licence Application form.

Documents you need

• Two pieces of government-issued identification per person (one with photo).
• Supporting documentation if applicable. For example:
  • consent form for each applicant (under 18)
  • proof of divorce for each applicant if remarrying
  • eligibility for reduced marriage licence fee

Note: Documents that are not in English or French must be translated by a professional translator and include a written declaration from the translator.
