The Terrace Bay Recreation Department offers a wide variety of Events & Programs designed for all ages and interests, from youth sports and fitness classes to adult leisure activities and programs.

Minor Soccer

Get ready for an exciting soccer season! Minor Soccer 2025 kicks off May 21 and runs until June 25, 2025. We have 3 divisions to suit all ages and skill levels:

Junior (JK/SK/GR 1)
Intermediate (GR 2-3-4)
Senior (GR 5-6-7-8)

Early Bird Registration (until May 2):
$42 per child
$105 per family (3 or more)

Regular Registration (May 3 to 21):
$52 per child
$115 per family (3 or more)

MINOR SOCCER Program Details

Register for the Terrace Bay Minor Soccer Program from May 21 to June 25, 2025 *weather permitting. Divisions will be offered for Junior - Intermediate - Senior. Enroll in the division you will be playing in based on your current school grade. Children must be currently enrolled in the 2024/25 school year to register.

Fitness Room Orientation Course

New to the gym or looking to brush up on your fitness skills? Join Fitness Trainer Edie Levesque for a 2-hour orientation where you’ll learn basic gym equipment instruction, safety, and proper gym etiquette. Classes are limited to 4 persons. Open to everyone 13 years and older.

Choose Your Date: Saturdays – April 26 or May 3
Course Times: 10:00 am – Noon | Noon – 2:00 pm | 2pm – 4pm
Cost: Only $20 per person!
Location: TB Community Centre – Fitness Room

Lighthouse Artisan Market Vendor Info

Join us for our Annual Lighthouse Festival – Outdoor Artisan Market! The market is for artisans and home based businesses to showcase their talents and promote their products on Friday, August 15, 2024 from 1pm to 6pm on Simcoe Plaza.

If you would like to spend an afternoon with us outside on the Plaza, feel free to register at the Terrace Bay Community Centre Office.

Fall Market Vendor Info

Every September, when the leaves change colour and the days becomes shorter, the township comes together at the Terrace Bay Simcoe Plaza to celebrate our region’s creativity. Featuring unique vendors, community groups and artisans from across the Top of Lake Superior region, the Fall Street Market is the perfect opportunity for visitors to experience the many local flavours and cultures of our north shore region.
