DATE OF THE PUBLIC MEETING: TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Terrace Bay will hold a Public Hearing Virtually on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 at 6:30pm to hear the above application as required by Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.P.13.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF APPLICATION: Minor variance in order to increase the maximum number of driveways per lot to 3, and to reduce the minimum separation distance from a side lot line for a freestanding driveway from 1 m (3.28 ft) to 0 m (0 ft). This will legally provide access to the subject property from the rear.

IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND this hearing virtually, it may proceed in your absence and, except as otherwise provided in the Planning Act, you will not be entitled to any further notice in the proceedings.
A COPY OF THE DECISION of the Committee will be sent to the applicant AND to each person who filed with the Clerk a written request to receive the decision.
