Bilingual Community Wayfinding Signage
The bilingual community wayfinding signage project was successfully completed in March, 2020 in partnership with Destination Northern Ontario (DNO), with contributions from the community and funding support from FedNor. This funding enabled upgrades to the Aguasabon Gorge Entranceway and Terrace Bay Beach signs.
Additionally, a brand-new sign was designed and installed for the Aguasabon Golf Course as part of the initiative. This project represents one of many efforts by the town to attract more highway tourists and advance community beautification, aligning with the goals in Terrace Bay’s strategic plan.
