Community Improvement Plan

Help Shape the Future of Terrace Bay

The Township of Terrace Bay is developing a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) to support community revitalization, economic development, investment, housing, and long-term growth.

A Community Improvement Plan is a municipal planning tool that can help identify priority areas, future programs, and potential incentives to support improvements within the community.

The Township is working with 807 Management Services to develop the CIP. Community input is an important part of this process.
