The new Tourism Website was developed and paid for by the Superior Country Terrace Bay Municipal Accommodations Tax Committee which was a high priority recommendation by the Township of Terrace Bay Five-Year Tourism Marketing plan. This plan is a guiding document for the Township and the MAT Committee which was developed in 2023 and includes input from many community members. The Township of Terrace Bay and Superior Country’s Terrace Bay MAT committee would like to thank all those who took part in these initiatives. Moving forward the tourism website will act as a landing page for advertisements showcasing the Township of Terrace Bay as a tourism destination, as supported by the 2020-2023 Strategic Plan.
