SEWING 101 Beginner Class with Instructor Karen McKinnon

Cost: $20 person plus tax
Develop the essential skills needed to begin sewing and creating! During this five-hour class for beginners and those who need a refresher, you will learn how to clean and operate a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, choose a needle and thread and how to sew basic stitches.
If you have your own machine, bring it! If you don’t have a machine – use ours!

RFP – Township of Terrace Bay – Generator Installation
The Township of Terrace Bay is accepting proposals for the installation of one (1) HSY-50 T6, 43KW diesel generator at the Terrace Bay Cultural Centre. The generator will be used to provide heat, lighting and cooking facilities in the event of an emergency.
