ACCESSIBILITY

The purpose of the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA)  is to improve opportunities for people with disabilties and to provide for their involvement in the identification, removal, and prevention of barriers to their full participation in life in the province.  The ODA mandated that each municipality prepare an annual accessibility, and the Township of Terrace Bay's plan is available for download.

Increasing Website Text
Text on the Terrace Bay website can be increased either by 1) holding the Ctrl key and spinning the mouse roller forward to zoom into a page; or 2) clicking on View in the toolbar at the top of the page, clicking on "Zoom" and then zooming in or out to the appropriate size of text to meet your needs. We believe these two methods are superior to the "Increasing Text Size" function which would affect the overall structure of the website and look far less appealing to visitors.
