DATE OF THE PUBLIC MEETING:  TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Terrace Bay will hold a Public Hearing Virtually on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 at 6:30pm to hear the above application as required by Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.P.13.

Notice of Public Meeting for Minor Variance

PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF APPLICATION:   Minor variance in order to increase the maximum number of driveways per lot to 3, and to reduce the minimum separation distance from a side lot line for a freestanding driveway from 1 m (3.28 ft) to 0 m (0 ft). This will legally provide access to the subject property from the rear.

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ATTEND this hearing virtually to express your views about the application or you may give written authorization to a solicitor or other person to attend on your behalf.  If you are unable to attend virtually, you may submit written comments on the application to the Municipal Clerk prior to the date and time of the hearing. Please use the address shown below.

IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND this hearing virtually, it may proceed in your absence and, except as otherwise provided in the Planning Act, you will not be entitled to any further notice in the proceedings.

A COPY OF THE DECISION of the Committee will be sent to the applicant AND to each person who filed with the Clerk a written request to receive the decision.
